This will be a presentation covering the basic setup steps and some "need-to-knows" when creating a multi-lingual Drupal site. This will be tailored to non-programmers and show ways to configure a Drupal site for translations without having to touch any code. Below is an outline of the topics I plan to discuss:

- Retro-active Content Translating (manual) v/s Automatated Content Translating
